توفر منصة الدقة أدوات تقنية لإدارة مستندات الترجمة، إضافة باركود التحقق الرقمي، إنشاء صفحات تحقق، إدارة المستخدمين، الفواتير وعروض الأسعار، وحفظ المستندات وفق إعدادات الخدمة.
المكتب المشترك مسؤول عن صحة بياناته وتراخيصه وسجله التجاري وبيانات موظفيه ومترجميه وعن مشروعية عملهم وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها. كما يتحمل مسؤولية كل مستند أو ترجمة أو فاتورة أو عرض سعر يصدر من حسابه.
باركود التحقق الرقمي أداة تقنية للوصول إلى سجل التحقق المرتبط بالمستند. لا يجوز استخدام المنصة أو بيانات التحقق بطريقة مضللة أو لنسبة اعتماد أو صفة إلى جهة لا يملكها المشترك.
المشترك مسؤول عن الحسابات التي ينشئها للموظفين والمترجمين وعن منحهم الصلاحيات وسحبها عند انتهاء العلاقة أو التفويض. المنصة لا تتحمل مسؤولية العلاقة العمالية أو التعاقدية أو مشروعية عمل أي مستخدم يسجله المكتب.
أدوات الفواتير وتسجيل المبالغ وحسابات ضريبة القيمة المضافة أدوات مساعدة للفهم والتنظيم فقط. لا تضمن المنصة أن الأرقام المسجلة فيها هي الفواتير المسجلة في أنظمة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك، ولا تتحمل مسؤولية الأخطاء الناتجة عن البيانات التي يدخلها المشترك.
تبدأ التجربة المجانية لمدة 30 يومًا وفق شروط المنصة، ولا يجوز إنشاء حسابات متكررة للتحايل على مدة التجربة. يتم ربط أهلية التجربة ببيانات المكتب، ومن ضمنها السجل التجاري، وليس بالبريد الإلكتروني وحده. عند رفع إيصال تحويل يتم إجراء فحص تقني مبدئي، ولا يعد ذلك إثباتًا بنكيًا نهائيًا. يجوز للمنصة مراجعة الدفع وإيقاف الاشتراك إذا لم يصل المبلغ أو تبين وجود مشكلة في الإيصال.
يتم فصل بيانات كل مكتب وملفاته عن بقية المكاتب، وتستخدم الملفات لتقديم الخدمات المرتبطة بحسابه. يلتزم المشترك بعدم رفع محتوى غير مشروع أو منتهك لحقوق الغير.
يحظر استخدام المنصة للتزوير أو الاحتيال أو انتحال الصفة أو إنشاء مستندات مضللة أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى حسابات أو ملفات الغير أو استخدام الخدمة بما يخالف الأنظمة.
المنصة أداة تقنية ولا تتحمل مسؤولية صحة المحتوى الذي يدخله المكتب أو الموظفون أو صحة الترجمة أو مشروعية المستندات أو استخداماتها. وتظل مسؤولية الإصدار والمحتوى والبيانات على الجهة التي أدخلتها أو أصدرتها.
تتم معالجة بيانات التسجيل والملفات بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة وإدارتها وحمايتها والتحقق من المستندات، مع اتخاذ إجراءات تقنية مناسبة لحماية الوصول إليها.

DAQAH provides technical tools for managing translation documents, adding a digital verification barcode, providing verification pages, managing users, invoices and quotations, and storing documents according to the service settings.
The subscribing office is responsible for the accuracy of its information, licenses, commercial registration, employees and translators, and for the lawful status of their work. It is also responsible for every document, translation, invoice or quotation issued through its account.
The Digital Verification Barcode is a technical tool that opens the verification record associated with a document. The service may not be used misleadingly or to attribute an approval or status to a party that the subscriber does not hold.
The subscriber is responsible for user accounts created for employees and translators, including permissions and disabling access when employment or authorization ends. DAQAH is not responsible for the employment or contractual relationship or lawful status of any user registered by the office.
Invoice, amount-recording and VAT calculation features are assistance and organization tools only. DAQAH does not guarantee that figures entered in the platform are invoices registered with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and is not responsible for errors resulting from subscriber-entered data.
The free trial lasts 30 days under the platform rules. Creating repeated accounts to circumvent the trial is prohibited. Trial eligibility is linked to office information, including the commercial registration, and not to email alone. Bank-transfer receipts undergo a technical preliminary check and are not final bank confirmation. DAQAH may review payments and suspend a subscription if the amount is not received or the receipt is found problematic.
Each office's data and files are separated from other offices and are processed as necessary to provide services associated with that account. Subscribers must not upload unlawful or infringing content.
Fraud, forgery, impersonation, misleading documents, unauthorized access to other accounts or files, and use contrary to applicable laws are prohibited.
DAQAH is a technical service and is not responsible for the accuracy of content entered by the office or its users, the quality of a translation, the legality of documents, or their use. Responsibility for issued content and data remains with the party that entered or issued it.
Registration data and files are processed as necessary to provide, administer, secure and verify the service, with appropriate technical access controls.
